yes I am guessing that I do have gluten problem.... Just now trying to figure it all out. I do not have any receipts for anything......... I have been reading Dee's blog at Dee's weight loss Journey....... Trying to figure it out......... I have been so sick for so long hard to imagine that it is food........hahahha I am released by my Orthopedic surgeon to begin to exercise again........ Will start my injections on my back tomorrow....... Maybe they will help me avoid surgery.......... So back to the elliptical and total gym........... hahahh I would appreciate any information that you would want to share....................
