Poundage

I thought this was HILLARIOUS...!!!

Ummm....I DO need to loose about 10 "American Pounds" though...if you know what I mean.

Right, well I would absolutly LOVE to drop about 10 Pounds "Sterling" shopping in England too but it would cost a fortune to get there to do it.

Speaking of which.....it cost me $90.00 to fill the gas tank in my truck today.
That is about.....say.....200 British Pounds.

This gas thing is getting out of control.

Joyce, I had the pleasure of visiting London, England in 1985 and I would go back in a minute. I went with two friends and we had a wonderful time.

You have won an award - come on over to my blog and see...

Blessings to you,
~Jean

Oh, it would be lovely to visit England. I don't want to fly though. I want to take an ocean voyage back in time, around 1926.

Hey Miss Joyce! I cant wait to see those kitchen pictures... You are one very brave woman. You would think it be fun not to have to cook and wash dishes for a bit... Not.. Im sure eatting out gets old too... We are not doing to much today. Maybe clean up around the house and maybe grill something. We always do a few fireworks at dark. We never have to buy many beacuse livinh in a subdivison all you have to do is set up a lawn cair and watch everyone else's show for free, hehe... Hope yall have a great day ! ((hugs)) Susie

Susie,
Ummm...don't worry we are in "hurricane mode"..we are cooking everything on the grill. We have a burner on the side so that helps. Also...doing the "crockpot" thing too....ugh!!!!
So we aren't eating out every meal. Although I WISH we were!
HA!
