Swing time....

Are you all "back in the swing".....because
I'm not. I'm trying though.
I'm trying to get "ON IT" today though....diet begins...and some other disciplines......and exercise.....ummm. I thought since I'd done so much walking in New York it would be no excuse not to continue to do it here. But it's cold here. As it was there.......but you see.....sadly.

The rest of America doesn't walk like they do in NYC because our cities are not "set up for it" and when it's really cold...like it is here now....I just want to skip it. Like I did tonight when I went out to get something and ran back inside quickly.

I might have to opt to get some used piece of exercise equipment.

I'm having problems loading up my New York Christmas photos on this computer. I got them up fine on my lap top. So as SOON as I get them done.
I will put them on here.

For now.......stay WARM and be blessed my friends.
Cheers!

I feel your pain. "Cold to the bone" pain that is! LOL!!!
We awoke to 15 degrees this morning!! That's about 20 degrees colder than normal for our area this time of year and it's gonna get colder this weekend! Yikes!

Joyce, I posted pictures from Christmas. Donnie was in from NYC and stayed the entire week. I can't wait to see your pictures. I watched the Today show just to see if ya'll got on TV.
I don't like the deep freeze cold and it's supposed to be 25 near midnight till mid morning. It's this weekend, I am not looking forward to---19 and 21 degrees---Burrrr! I think I am going to hibernate the rest of the week. Hope you have a New Year filled with many Blessings. Love and hugs, Pat

It's bitter cold here in the Uk and the snow has finally hit us in Gloucestershire...I thought we had got away with it but Noooo!!! I love this weather but yesterday was not funny, I finished a clinic and then had to get back to the hospital to grab the bus to the park and ride where I leave my car. A journey that normally takes ten minutes across town took two hours!! We left clinic at 3pm and I finally got home at 6.15pm.

Yikes Jackie x
